1. No Cancellations, Returns, or Exchanges

   • All sales are final. We do not accept order cancellations, returns, exchanges, or issue credits after checkout.

2. Defects, Damage, or Shipping Issues

   • If your item arrives damaged in transit or is materially defective, contact us at prfence@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

   • We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy that complies with the Alberta Consumer Protection Act and any other applicable legislation.

3. Statutory Rights Unaffected

   • Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any rights you may have under Canadian federal or Alberta provincial law, including remedies for goods that are misrepresented, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality.

4. Final-Sale Pricing & Promotions

   • Promotional, clearance, or discounted items are also sold on a strict “final-sale” basis with no exceptions beyond those required by law.
